About Tom and Todd Lane
Tom Lane
Founder and Chief Content Officer
Tom Lane transitioned from business to a notable 40-year career in vocational ministry, serving in various leadership roles, including executive senior pastor at churches in Texas. He has authored several leadership books and has significantly influenced both the spiritual and administrative realms of church governance. Married since 1972, Tom and his wife, Jan, have four children and fifteen grandchildren, underscoring his commitment to family and generational leadership.
Todd Lane
Chief Executive Officer
Todd Lane is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both corporate management and vocational ministry. Starting his career in a multinational corporation, he transitioned to Gateway Church in 2002, where he significantly impacted business operations and ministry development. With a finance degree from Baylor University, Todd, alongside his wife Blynda and their three children, has also contributed to the church as an elder and speaker at various events.
